Founding Product Manager

Elevare is the clinical AI infrastructure for maternal health, extending care before intake, between OB visits, and after discharge, from pre-conception through one year postpartum. We pair an agentic AI orchestrator with Vera, a multilingual virtual clinician, and a clinician-on-the-loop model, built on ACOG, AWHONN, and HEDIS protocol alignment and integrated with Epic and Cerner over FHIR.

• Drive product execution against the founder-set roadmap, shipping the right things at the right pace.
• Scope projects with technical depth: architecture, dependencies, FHIR and EHR integration constraints, and engineering trade-offs.
• Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and specs engineering can build from, using AI to accelerate drafting and edge-case analysis.
• Shape how AI and Vera show up in the product, partnering with engineering on orchestration, monitoring, and engagement workflows.
• Talk to patients, clinicians, and buyers regularly, and feed what you learn back into product decisions.
• Run sprints and collaborate across design, clinical, GTM, and partnerships; define and track the metrics that tell us what's working.

• 3–5 years of product management at a high-growth startup, ideally tech, B2B SaaS, or healthtech.
• AI-native: you use AI tools daily, have tested the major models, and treat AI as leverage, not a buzzword.
• Technical background required: CS degree, prior engineering, or equivalent. You read code and scope engineering work accurately.
• Execution-focused and entrepreneurial: you spot opportunities, scope solutions, and ship without being told.
• Strong communicator who translates cleanly between engineering, design, clinical, and business.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, building the process while running it. Healthcare or regulated-product experience a plus.
