The Problem

A typical prenatal patient sees their provider every 4 to 6 weeks. Between those visits, they track symptoms, worry about changes, and search for answers online. None of that information reaches their provider.
When complications arise, they often develop gradually between visits. By the time a patient reports at their next appointment, intervention is reactive rather than proactive.
Meanwhile, providers walk into appointments without knowing what happened since the last visit. They spend valuable time catching up instead of making clinical decisions.

Where we are right now
Elevare is pre-launch. We have built a functional agentic AI health companion, a full health tracking platform with 10 dedicated trackers, and the architecture for wearable integration and EHR connectivity. Our safety pipeline ensures every AI response is evidence-based and appropriately scoped.
What comes next: connecting to real wearable APIs, integrating with a live EHR system, completing clinical advisory review of our content, and training our specialized AI model on maternal health data.
Our next milestone is a pilot partnership with a health network. We are looking for a partner who shares our belief that between-visit care is where the biggest opportunity lies in maternal health.
